I encountered issues right from check-in, including unclean bed sheets that left a lot to be desired. The room felt muggy and dark with lingering smells, and I noticed pink stains all over the carpet. Cockroaches in the hallway weren't exactly a welcome sight either. After being reassigned, I found the second room acceptable, but the initial experience really dampened my spirits.

Unexpected challenges but great value

The warm environment of the Hibbing Inn and Suites wrapped around me after a long drive. The friendly front desk staff were always ready to lend a hand, which made my stay enjoyable.

However, my first impression was marred by the lingering cigarette smoke at the entrance and the unclean state of my initial room, which needed better attention to detail.

The cleanliness was impressive (especially the spotless bathroom! ). The staff was genuinely friendly, always ready to help. Tons of parking available, and the location was perfect, being steps away from McDonald's.

It was an excellent fit for a short stint in Hibbing with excellent value for money. The staff was helpful in providing extra towels upon request during our stay. Check the air conditioning beforehand to ensure it works well.
